School Rules & Regulations

Please read the following rules and regulations carefully before admission.

Withdrawal Rules

  1. In case of mid-term withdrawals, parents are required to pay the tuition fee and bus fee for the entire month in which the child is withdrawn. Any part of a month will be treated as a full month.
  2. If a child is to be withdrawn before the commencement of the new academic session, parents must submit the withdrawal application on or before the last working day of the current session. Otherwise, tuition and bus fees for the applicable month will be charged.
  3. No refund of any fees will be made under any circumstances.
  4. Parents must complete and submit the Transfer Certificate (TC) application form available at the school office.
  5. If a student remains absent for more than 10 consecutive days without prior information, his/her name will be removed from the school rolls. Re-admission will require payment of 50% of the admission fee.
Note: The Management reserves the right to relax any of the above rules in exceptional cases. The decision of the Management shall be final and binding. All legal disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Gwalior.

Fee Rules

  1. Admission fees once paid are non-refundable except the refundable Security Deposit, subject to clearance of all school dues.
  2. Fees may be deposited in advance.
  3. Tuition, Annual and Transport Fees are subject to revision by the School Management.
  4. Admission cancellation will be processed only after payment of all dues up to the applicable trimester. No refund shall be made after admission.
  5. Security Deposit will be refunded only after payment of all applicable tuition and transport fees; otherwise, it shall stand forfeited.
  6. Annual Fees are applicable from April to March and are payable before the commencement of the academic session.
  7. All trimester installments must be paid on or before the 10th day of the first month of the relevant trimester.
  8. Any excess fee paid, if found admissible, shall be refunded upon submission of the original payment receipt.
  9. No student shall be permitted to attend school unless all outstanding dues have been cleared.

General Guidelines

  1. Students must strictly follow all school rules regarding attendance, discipline, academics, uniform and conduct.
  2. Students must wear the prescribed school uniform on all working days.
  3. The school reserves the right regarding admissions, re-admissions, class placement, promotion and curriculum.
  4. The school shall not be held responsible for accidents beyond reasonable control during school activities.
  5. The school may use students' photographs for educational publications, brochures and the official website.
  6. Parents and students are expected to maintain the dignity and reputation of the school at all times.
  7. School fees must be paid within the prescribed schedule.

Transportation Rules & Regulations

  1. Parents opting for school transport must submit the Transport Application Form.
  2. Existing transport users must renew their transport request every academic session.
  3. Transport fees are applicable for 11 months.
  4. Bus routes and pickup points will be determined according to operational feasibility. Door-to-door service is not available.
  5. Any change of address or transport details must be informed at least 30 days in advance.
  6. Discontinuation of transport requires one month's written notice or payment of one month's transport fee.
  7. Parents personally dropping or collecting students must inform the Transport In-charge.
  8. Temporary route changes are not permitted.
  9. Transport fees may be revised during the session if fuel prices increase.

Important Instructions

  1. Students must maintain discipline while travelling on the school bus.
  2. Students should remain seated in their allotted seats and should not consume food inside the bus.
  3. Please report to the designated pickup point at least 5 minutes before the scheduled arrival of the bus.
  4. Misconduct such as bullying, abusive language or throwing objects from the bus will result in cancellation of transport facilities.
  5. Pre-Primary and Primary students will only be handed over to an authorized parent/guardian. In their absence, the child will be brought back to school.
  6. Fees once paid are non-refundable. The school is not responsible for loss of personal belongings in the school bus.
